Condominium Owners Association

The condo association fees are estimated at $285 per month, with a one-time capital contribution of $2,000 at closing. Each home will have a detached rear entry one-car garage and assigned parking. EV chargers will be available, along with plenty of visitor and guest parking.

No short-term rentals are allowed.

No community pool or clubhouse keeps the monthly association fees low. Your monthly fee covers all exterior building and landscaping maintenance services.
